WATER :
There's plenty of it.All the way down the right hand side the Lake hugs the side. You have to cross a bridge to get to the tee box but the water in front shouldn't come into play. If you go right off the drive or on you approach you could be in for a wet landing because as the hole curves to the right so too does the lake.
OUT OF BOUNDS :
None.
BUNKERS :
None.
TREES :
There's a few on an island that you can see from the tee but if it ends up there unless you've a boat don't worry about it. The trees you should worry about are the ones at the back of the green and to the left of the fairway. They are nicely positioned to act as a problem for you if you stray towards the road.
TEE SHOT :
You would be forgiven to think that this is a tricky drive with the water in front of you and the water cutting across the fairway but it wouldn't conceivable that you wouldn't reach the green with your tee shot. It would be extremely risky and very difficult but if you aim left and fade it around the slight dogleg you could get it on should you hit it long enough. It really is a relatively short hole. The sensible option here really is to lay up, if you choose to do so then once you keep it left to widen the approach then it should be ok.
APPROACH SHOT :
Depending on how far you get up the fairway the easier the approach will be as the green view will be wider. As long as you keep it away from the water it should be ok. The green entrance is relatively narrow though.
GREEN OVERVIEW :
It's not too bad actually. The green is raised but it's relatively flat. There's a slight downward gradient from the from left to the back right but it's not too bad.
OVERALL TIPS :
Depending on your level of ability then you can even have a go at the green but really you should play the percentage here. It shouldn't be the hardest of holes. Mind the water on the right but if you're playing it safe it should come into play here. The longer you go up the left the wider the approach to the green. Don't hold back on this one and it should be a wedge to the green. This is an easy hole if played sensibly. If you play it like Rambo you could end up in trouble. Play to your own ability here.
