WATER :
There's a pond in front of the tee box but unless you hit a howler this is only a visual deterrent.
OUT OF BOUNDS :
None.
BUNKERS :
There's two fairway bunkers that will catch out drives that try to take the dogleg on but don't fade it enough. The greenside bunkers left and right tighten the green approach but the mouth of the green is wide enough is wide enough.
TREES :
Trees left and right all the way up the fairway. It clears out around the green though so they don't come into play for the second.
TEE SHOT :
Aim for left of the fairway bunkers and fade it around the corner. This is a perfect right hand dogleg to hoof it around the corner.
APPROACH SHOT :
It's not the worst approach on the course. There's generally good chance of getting a good angle from anywhere on the fairway. You can run it up or land it on depending on yardage but keep an eye on the sand before you decide what to do.
GREEN OVERVIEW :
As it the norm on this course there's a slope from the back to the front. It is kind of flat from the part of it but about 6 feet from the back there's a ridge then it's gradual drop until the last 10 feet where it steepens a bit. There's a slight break from left to right as you look from the front also.
OVERALL TIPS :
This is a fun hole to have a go at. Depending on your ability you can aim wide left and try to take it around the corner or else aim for the bunkers and turn it in. Make sure that you do not go too close to the left trees. This is where you could lose the ball. Don't have a go at the alternative route as you could cause damage but if you did go massively right you could end up with a shot as right of the right fairway trees has a clearance that gives you a short approach to the green albeit with a bunker to carry....Don't try this though.
