WATER :
There's a drain that goes across the fairway that does certainly come into play if you overcook the drive and also as it also snakes up left if you don't get the yardage or the accuracy you could catch this.
OUT OF BOUNDS :
None
BUNKERS :
There's a fairway bunker on the right hand side that can gobble up those who don't hit it hard enough to carry the slight dogleg right. There's three greenside bunkers, one right, one left and then another at the back. With the raised green the bunkers make it very tough to get through to the green if you have the wrong angle.
TREES :
This is where the course opens a bit. There's trees left until the drain but they are sparse enough. On the left they are thick until the bunker and then spread out with some bushes between them. After the drain there are a few but not many to worry about.
TEE SHOT :
This is a tight drive. Try to split the trees to get a good position and if you can slightly fade it around the small corner without going near the bushes you cannot ask for anything more.
APPROACH SHOT :
This will be tricky. You have an elevated green to try to find with bunkers hugging the green to make sure that you have a very tricky shot to the green. Add to that the possibility of the sun in your eyes without the coverage of the trees you'll have to trust your instincts.
GREEN OVERVIEW :
This green slopes from back right to front left. The main test here is the fact that the green is very elevated so you wouldn't want to be too aggressive if you've got to hit a putt that way.
OVERALL TIPS :
Be very sensible here. It's a very tricky hole where accuracy and distance is imperative here. The best advise here is not to take too many risks here. If you have to play it save and lay up then do so but always be aware of the drain in every shot. If you can take a par on this be happy and move to the next.
