OUT OF BOUNDS :
Right of the Fairway. Tight enough off the tee but up the fairway it get's further right. The Oil pipes heading to the Airport would cause a tricky shot so it's better that it's OOB.
BUNKERS :
4 Within Driving Distance on the left. One within laying up distance and 3 around the green. Don't worry too much about the greenside ones, they aren't too deep. The fairway bunkers could cost you a shot due to the chance of losing distance on the next.
TREES :
As is a characteristic with the course there's trees left and right. On the left by the fairway bunkers there's a dense group of trees and if you get caught in there your in a bit of trouble. The trees on the right guard the out of bounds.
TEE SHOT:
It's a very tight drive. The best effort to go for here is a right to left fade as there's more space on the left initial but the fairway then turns to the right. Accuracy is imperative here. It's a very tight one.
APPROACH SHOT :
This isn't too bad. It's nice and open, the bunkers only come into play if your caught by a burst of adrenaline and even if you go over the back it's not too bad either.
GREEN OVERVIEW :
Not too hilly this one. There's a slight plateau in the centre of the green. It's very slight though. There's a little slope downhill off the left edge of the green. Also off the front right. Apart from that a few swales but overall the worst break is straight enough.
OVERALL TIPS :
The tee shot here is the most important one. You have to keep it extremely straight. Anything caught left and right will mean that birdies will be nearly impossible and you may struggle for a par. Keep it straight and you won't be a million miles away from the green in two.
