BUNKERS :
This green is guarded by 4 deep greenside bunkers with high lips at each corner.
TREES :
Not that many in relative terms. There's a few left and right on the fairway but unless you're unlucky enough to end up underneath one then they shouldn't cost you too many shots.
TEE SHOT :
It's a relatively easy tee shot. It's slightly uphill and that could take the option of going for the green in one for some of us. For those who fancy a blast you have to get it through a tight entrance to the green. The safest option here is an iron or a hybrid to the fairway and you should still have a wedge to the green.
APPROACH SHOT :
The main dangers here are the bunkers. They keep each corner guarded so you need to keep it accurate and make sure the distance is correct. Apart from that it isn't too bad and you should only have to be pitching it at this stage.
GREEN OVERVIEW :
It's a narrow enough green but it is long with an steep uphill climb at the start that levels out then.
OVERALL TIPS :
Keep it sensible here. Trust your own abilities. If you think you're good enough to have a pop go for it. The hole is deceptive though. If the yardage is your limit you won't make it because it's uphill all the way. Should you take the safe route you can lay up with a wood and end up still with a wedge to the green. Try to land it anywhere except the very front as you will have a tough putt uphill if you're on the fringe. A birdie is a distinct possibility.
