WATER:
If you hit an awful shot way down the hill well left you'll be playing with the stream that cuts across the course but with the distance of the hole you shouldn't have to worry too much with this.
OUT OF BOUNDS :
None
BUNKERS :
There's a few tricky pot bunkers up around the left of the green. These are in a perfect spot and cut into the hill so if you get stuck at the base of one of these you'll be in a little bit of trouble.
TREES :
None
TEE SHOT :
Get the distance right and you're looking at a pretty straight forward shot here. Watch out for the sun here if you are playing into it as the glare off the sea could leave you with no idea where you've hit it. The wind has to be taken into account here. If you're against the wind this short hole could be a long iron. On a calm day a little punchy mid to high iron will be spot on.
GREEN OVERVIEW :
This is possibly the trickiest green you will have faced so far with quite a few little slopes all over the surface. Again, like the others the green is very true with a good pace. If you've a long-ish putt here then don't get greedy.
OVERALL TIPS :
This hole is a tester. It rewards a good shot and punishes anything offline. I was lucky enough to put it within a foot of the pin so I didn't have to worry about the perils however with thick rough around the back and a high dropoff on the left hand side you could be in trouble if you miss down that side. It's a narrow enough tee shot here so you have to be accurate. The wind is a huge issue here. I was lucky enough to get a slight breeze aiding me but from where you stand you may not feel it as accurately as it will be covered slightly by the banking on the right. As with all other shots, hit it straight and true and you'll go close.
