WATER :
There's a pond in the front left of the green which will gobble up some overconfident people who think that they can go for it in two. The drain that flow off this carries around the front and part of the right hand side meaning that if your looking to chase it through you will be getting the wetsuit out.
OUT OF BOUNDS :
To a certain degree, no. But I'm sure that you may be met with some resistance if you decide to go searching for a hooked ball that has sneaked onto the main runway, especially if the 747 is coming in from New York.
BUNKERS :
Thankfully there's only one. It does come into play though as it's to the left of the green. The key here is to try to lay up right and give yourself enought space to take out the hazards both wet and sandy.
TREES :
All the way left and right again. It's dense enough on the left and there's one row of trees on the right hand side of the fairway so if you just stray off it's not the end of the world. If you go far right you will be straight into the thick trees that are between the 8th and the 6th. There's a few trees at the back of the green also.
TEE SHOT :
If you are looking for the green in two, keep it straight and long. If you want to take the easy option and lay up try to start it a bit left and try to make the crest of the hill or else the slope will take the ball rapidly right. All in all make sure your not in trees either side.
APPROACH SHOT :
If your taking it on in two your going to have to hit a long shot over water. Best bet here is to lay up to the right and pitch in relatively straight. The approach isn't too bad on the lay up but very hazardous for the gambler.
GREEN OVERVIEW :
Again there's a slope from the back left gradually to the front right. There's a bit of a ridge next to the bunker but it's straight forward enough in relative terms.
OVERALL TIPS :
If you have the firepower go for it in two. If you don't then play it safe. Lay up in three and try to get close in four. You don't want to be bringing your snorkel. Be very careful of the left side of the fairway all the up to the green. Anything that goes missing out there wouldn't be found by a private investigator. Otherwise it's a lovely hole that should be played very sensibly.
